Right above the calendar is the word "print"

            -click on this and it will take you to your printer set up page.

            -pick orientation to be "landscape". Pick custom for number of pages to print. Type in 1-2 pages. 

            -choose "print on both sides".*If you want to conserve paper

**You must have your spouse added as a Level 2 user on your account. Once your spouse (or anyone else in your household) has been added as a level 2, perform the following steps to register them for an event, even if you aren't attending.

 

Go to: the event

          -click on Register Now

          -scroll to the bottom and click the name of the person going to the event.

          -click save

Go to: Profile

          -click update profile photo

          -click Choose File, that will take you to your computer, find the photo you want to use

          -click open and then save.  

          -back out of that screen and go back in to check it out. * If it needs to be rotated there is a Rotate button.

Go to: Homeowner Tab

         -click on add Level 2 Member, Here you can add a spouse or anyone who lives with you.  

         -complete all the sub tabs, i.e. update username, password, photo, directory 

   

If the event is a no fee event please call the Front Desk or send an email to receptionist@regencysummerlin.com. If the event had a cost to it you can go to the event and cancel your reservation.

Go to: Homeowner tab

          -then click Profile 

          -then change password tab

Go to: Profile

           -click Update Directory Preferences

           - you will see a box where it says Show Profile, choose NO if you don’t want to be included at all in the directory.  

           *If you only want to remove the house address from the directory

Go to: Profile

           -click Preference and you can choose Hide individual items such as your address or phone number, etc.

Go to: Contact Us tab

           -click on the down arrow, find who to send a report to and type your message in the box or attach a file. *There is a complaint form under the HOA tab.  

Go to: calendar

          -click on the event you want to RSVP

          -click on Register Now

          -click the participants who want to attend

          -click continue,follow the prompts

          -click submit

No, but it is nice and helps with name and face recognition.

Yes, log in then go to: Your profile

                                 -click View Registrations 

If there is no 'Register Now' tab then there is no need to RSVP, just show up to the event/class.

Select first name or last name as a filter and add the info you know then click run filter.
